- Appointment cancellations/changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
or payment in full is due/one package session is forfeited.
- Training packages are non-refundable and must be used within 3 months of
purchase.
- If paying by credit card, payments must be made at least 24 hours before your
scheduled appointment time.
- Visa/Mastercard/Discover payments incur a 3% paypal surcharge.
- Cash or Check payment due at time of service. No billing.
- There is always risk involved when animals are involved. Owners assume full
responsibility for their dogs' behavior at all times and release The Tail Wagger's
Club of any and all liability.
- Boarding dogs must wear a collar at all times with current identification.
- Dogs must be vaccinated and on a flea preventative to enroll in Boarding School.
